Andrew presents at the Consumer Council for Water, Public Board Meeting in Wales

On the 5 December 2017, The Board of the Consumer Council for Water (CCWater) met in Bangor, Wales for their Public Board Meeting.

The Board of CCWater meet in once a year in each of its five regions. The agendas reflect the current important issues facing water customers in England and Wales, which includes information on CCWater’s complaint handling performance during the course of the year.

Dr Andrew Norton for Bangor University presented an overview of the Dwr Uisce project to the CCWater members and Public in attendance, putting forward the projects goals and achievements with the emphasis on future collaborations with CCWater and their stakeholders.

Also Presenting was Paul Dennison from Severn Trent Water discussing the recent Elan Valley aqueduct work and Phillippa Pearson from Dwr Cymru Welsh Water, with a round up on catchment science in PR19 and the Brecon Beacons Mega Catchment.
